01Who we areApricot Films S.L. is a film studio at Carrer de Pujades 77, 08005 Barcelona. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this site. Write to hello@apricot.film with any question about it.
02What we collectWhen you fill in the slate on the contact page we receive your name, email, company, deadline, budget range and the idea you describe. When you subscribe to the dailies we receive your email. We collect basic, anonymous analytics about page visits.
03Why we use itTo answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you subscribed, send one letter a month. We never sell your data and we never use it to train models.
04How long we keep itEnquiries are kept for two years, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter.
05Your rightsYou can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
